Access The Portal:
Follow these simple steps to get started.
Step 1: Verify that you have logged in to the Cisco Learning Network.
- Navigate to Log in within upper right side of the site using your CCO user ID.
- Log in and proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Access the Cisco Learning Partner and Instructor Resource Portal and explore the new site with the help of the step-by-step guide and FAQ.
Step 3: Bookmark this site, visit often and leverage all of the resources to drive your Cisco learning business forward.
Learning Partner Contacts NOT ABLE TO LOGIN:
Contact your Learning Partner Management System (LPMS) Administrator to request access. Your Systems Administrator must add your contact information in LPMS and associate you with the “Marketing and Operations” role. On the first Monday of each month, Cisco will add any new contacts to the Portal. You will receive an email confirmation once you have been granted access. For any questions or help please EMAIL US.
CCSIs NOT ABLE TO LOGIN:
Only CCSIs that are in an active status can access this community. Verify your CCSI status in the CCSI Instructor Management System (CIMS). If your status is active and you are still unable to log in please EMAIL US with the following information:
- The Name of the Team Space or Group you wish to access.
- Your full name
- Your CCSI #
- Your CCO User Name (login)
- Your CCO primary email address
- Your Cisco Learning Network login (if different from your CCO login)
Once confirmed we will adjust your access permissions.
